Office Billing Application provide following sales services to our register customers.(Office Billing Provide Secure Sales Services by using Login facilities.)

  • Party(ledger) : User can add and view party lager with address, contact number, GST number, and other fields.
  • Product : User can add and view product
  • Sales : User add sales Invoice with transport details describe all sales information like product, cartage, gst, remarks and others. Office billing application provide Tax invoice & Labour Invoice with Original, Duplicate and Triplicate Invoice Copy using PDF.
  • Receipt : Receipt provide facility to submit customer payment and generate payment receipt for customer. It is useful for due list report and party ledger report.
  • Whatsapp icon in sales : Now we are providing new bill share facility to user can share bill, challan, quatation, and some other pdf file on whatsapp.
  • E-way bill : In Sales we put e-way bill button to user can redirect on government portal using third-party web browser like Google chrome.

Party Quotation and Sales Report

  • Quotation : Quotation is provide facility to generate quotation for customer. which describe the required product, like product description, price, quantity, and other details with required Terms & Condition.
    In Quotation Menu end user can generate Quotation as per Customer requirement and share or print Quotation as per requirements.
    User can Import Data from Quotation for Generate Bill by press Input button in Quotation list.
  •  Sales Report : Sales Report describe bill number wise sales details like Bill No. & Invoice Date, Party name, and Total Bill Amount and also generate On PDF so user end user can easily share or print report.
  • Party ledger report : User can view party ledger report describe selected party transaction date wise and close balance of party.
  • Due List (Ugharani Book) : Due list show remaining payment details of all party which has due payment .
  • Cash / Bank Report : Cash / Bank report show transaction report of any bank or cash (* only Purchase related entry not available because this application have only sales related functionality like party, product, quatation, sales, receipt etc.)

Application Settings

  • Settings :
    Company master : Press Company Button and user can manage own Company profile.
    Data Backup: Data backup button user can export data by press Export button to backup Company Data and Import Button to import data in application. There are two types of import and export data 1) Online, 2) Offline
    – Online Backup : User can export data on our server by online export option and retrieve data from server using export online and import online button.
    – Offline Backup : User can export data on officeBilling Folder in External storage of Mobile or Tablets by offline export option and retrieve data from officeBilling Folder in External Storage using import offline button.
    – User can share back on whatsapp, mail app (gmail) and other app using in export button share option.
    We have also provide Bill(Invoice) & Cover(envelope) print settings like margin set for bill or Cover printing using PDF.
